The Crush Crew is a limited, hands-on winemaking experience designed for those who want to go beyond the glass and become part of the craft itself.
Rooted in tradition and guided by generations of winemaking knowledge, members step into the role of winemaker, participating in three defining stages of the process:
The Crush – where the winemaking journey begins
The Press – shaping the structure and character of the wine
Bottling – bringing the finished product to life
This immersive experience offers a rare opportunity to work directly with grapes sourced from Suisun Valley, California, gaining a deeper understanding of how wine is created from start to finish.
With limited availability each season, the Crush Crew is designed to be personal, educational, and memorable—bringing you closer to the process, the wine, and the tradition that defines La Cantina Winery.
To Join:
A minimum of two cases (24 bottles) are reserved with a 50% deposit. Individual cases can be mixed. Payments can be mailed or accepted upon grape arrival. After the bottling event you must pick up your wine within 4 weeks.
